Lay one phone flat on the table between two people who do not share a language. CoreTalk splits the screen, turns the far half to face them, and interprets both directions out loud.
Built for the table, not the phone call
Both people are in the same room, sharing one device. Everything about the interface follows from that.
One screen, two readers
The display splits in half and the far side is turned 180°, so the person across the table reads their language the right way up. Neither of you passes a phone back and forth.
Push to talk, or hands-free
Manual mode listens only to the side you are holding, which is the reliable choice in a noisy room. AI auto listens to both and lets each direction ignore speech that is not its language.
Spoken, not just subtitled
Each turn is transcribed, translated and read aloud in the other language, with the text kept on screen. Pick a voice per side.
One permission
The microphone, and nothing else. No camera, no notifications, no contacts, no sign-in and no account.
Sessions end at twenty minutes
A hard cap, enforced on the device and on the server. Longer conversations are a series of sessions, not one endless stream.
Demo Mode needs nothing
A scripted two-way conversation that runs with no network at all, so you can see the layout and the modes before committing to anything.

Put the phone down
Flat on the table, between the two of you. The layout is built for this and locks to portrait.
Pick a language per side
And a voice for each. Selection locks once a session starts, so nothing shifts mid-conversation.
Talk normally
Your words appear on your half and are spoken aloud in the other language on theirs. Switch between manual and hands-free whenever you like.
Before you install
Interpretation runs on a server, not on the phone, so real sessions need an interpreter server address and an access key. There is no way to obtain that key from inside the app — you are given one, or you run the server yourself. Without it, Demo Mode works and nothing else does.
